Accessibility Statement

Last updated: 2026-07-24

Effective date: 2026-07-20

Book CA Notary is committed to making both our website and our mobile notary service accessible to everyone, including people with disabilities.

1.Our commitment

We design and maintain our website with accessibility in mind and continually work toward conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA. This includes providing keyboard navigation, sufficient color contrast, meaningful link and button labels, semantic headings, descriptive alternative text for meaningful images, and clear focus indicators.

2.Mobile service accessibility

Because we come to you, we are able to serve clients who cannot easily travel to a traditional notary office — including clients in hospitals, hospice and palliative care, assisted living communities, memory care units, and private homes. Please share any accommodations you need when you contact us, for example wheelchair access, extra time, quiet environment, large-print copies of documents, or the presence of a support person. We will do our best to prepare accordingly.

3.Communication accommodations

If a signer requires an interpreter, California law permits certain notarial acts to proceed with a qualified interpreter present as long as the signer is able to communicate directly with the notary. Please contact us in advance so we can confirm the requirement and prepare a workable plan for your appointment.

4.Third-party content

Portions of our website may embed content or link to services provided by third parties (for example, embedded maps or social profiles). We cannot control the accessibility of those third-party resources, and we work to provide accessible alternatives where possible.

5.Feedback and requests

We welcome your feedback on the accessibility of our website and services. If you encounter any accessibility barrier — on our site, during scheduling, or at your appointment — please let us know so we can address it.

Email: BookCAnotary@gmail.com Phone / SMS: 916-770-1819

We will respond as promptly as we reasonably can. If a webpage or feature is not accessible to you, we will work with you to provide the information or complete the transaction in an alternative accessible format.

6.Alternative formats

On request, we can provide the essential contents of this website — including these policy pages — in large print, plain text, or another accessible format at no additional cost.

7.Ongoing improvement

Accessibility is an ongoing effort. We audit the site periodically and address issues as they are identified. Thank you for helping us make our practice welcoming for every client.
